Pepper, Onion and Spinach Salad Recipe
Light, “unspoiled” salad will please with taste and ease of preparation. This salad is appropriate both on weekdays and on holidays.

  1. Wrap the bell pepper in foil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Then put it in a plastic bag. Cool. Peel and remove the seeds. Cut into strips.
  2. Spinach cut into “noodles”, onion- petals.
  3. Pour olive oil, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar into a cup. Add paprika and ground black pepper. Mix it. Salad dressing is ready.
  4. Put the spinach, onion and pepper in a work bowl. Adding a gas station. Mix gently.
  5. Serve our salad, garnished with dill greens and sprinkled with chopped peanuts.
