Wrap the bell pepper in foil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Then put it in a plastic bag. Cool. Peel and remove the seeds. Cut into strips.
Spinach cut into “noodles”, onion- petals.
Pour olive oil, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar into a cup. Add paprika and ground black pepper. Mix it. Salad dressing is ready.
Put the spinach, onion and pepper in a work bowl. Adding a gas station. Mix gently.
Serve our salad, garnished with dill greens and sprinkled with chopped peanuts.
