Tear the spinach with your hands or chop. Put on a plate. Onions cut into half rings and pour boiling water to leave the bitterness. Put on top of spinach. Put the diced chicken on top. With mushrooms drain the excess liquid and add the mushrooms to the chicken.
Decorate the salad with pine nuts. Add spices to taste. Make salad dressing: mix butter, balsamic vinegar and honey. Season the salad.
