Wash the spinach, dry and cut into wide strips. Peel the carrots, cut into thin circles. Prepare frozen green beans.
Boil water in a saucepan, add carrots and cook for 2 minutes. Add beans. Boil the vegetables together for another 2-3 minutes. Discard in a colander, rinse with cold water (to maintain a bright color). Combine carrots, beans and spinach in a bowl.
Preparing the dressing. Peel, chop, mix the garlic with soy sauce, honey, vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour over the salad with the resulting dressing, stir and serve.
