Spinach Salad Recipe
Well, a very healthy and delicious salad. The recipe was shared with me by the cook of a local Korean restaurant. Very, very easy to prepare. But, oddly enough, for all its simplicity, it flies away at a time and this is with an abundance of other more complex dishes at the feast.

  1. So, everything is simple. Spinach washed, remove all flaccid or yellowed leaves, roots. I throw it in salted boiling water for 30 seconds or a minute (depending on the youth and freshness of the spinach), throw it in a colander. Separately, fry the onion in a frying pan until dark Golden, add a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce to the pan, and simmer for about 2 minutes.
