  1. Boil the rice until tender.
  2. Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds.
  3. Finely chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil together with minced chicken for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the green peas. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add boiled rice, adjika (seasoning), salt and pepper. Mix it.
  6. Stuff the peppers with the filling. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes.
