Chicken mince

Vegetable oil
Adjika (Dry)
Spices (salt, pepper)

Instructions
Boil the rice until tender.
Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds.
Finely chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil together with minced chicken for 5-7 minutes.
Add the green peas. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add boiled rice, adjika (seasoning), salt and pepper. Mix it.
Stuff the peppers with the filling. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes.
