  1. Let’s prepare the products. We turn on the oven for heating. Break the egg into a cup, add a pinch of salt and a mixture of peppers to taste.
  2. Beat with a whisk or fork. For the preparation of the tubes, I will use the processed cheese. I need 4 slices.
  3. Cut the pita bread into strips, a little more than a slice of cheese in width.
  4. Lay out strips of pita bread on the working surface. Grease each strip with a beaten egg, salt and pepper. We leave for a couple of minutes.
  5. Put a slice of cheese on each strip of pita bread.
  6. We twist the pita bread in the form of a roll. Similarly, we do 3 more pieces.
  7. In a cup, beat an egg and a pinch of salt. We bathe each roll in a beaten egg mixture.
  8. We spread the rolls on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven.
  9. We bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
  10. We take out the baking sheet from the oven. We serve pita bread rolls right away. Enjoy your meal!
