Instructions
  1. Pour half of the pomegranate juice into a saucepan, add spices: cinnamon – 1 tsp., anise – 0.5 tsp., cloves – 5 pcs., allspice – 3 peas (the amount of spices can be adjusted to your liking), just add sugar. Boil the mixture for a couple of minutes, cover and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. While the mixture is infused, pour boiling water over the oranges and tangerines, rinse well. Remove the zest from both fruits, cut in half.
  3. Squeeze the juice from the oranges and tangerines into the mold where the juice with spices was.
  4. Also add the zest of the fruit. Pour in the second half of the pomegranate juice and add the wine. Here you can adjust the sweetness of the drink, if there is not enough sugar, add more. Put the mixture on the fire, wait for the first small bubbles to appear and remove from the heat. The mixture does not need to be boiled! Close the lid, let it brew for 30 minutes. Strain and reheat before serving.
