Mulled Wine Recipe
Hot spicy mulled wine based on red wine - ideally Bordeaux - in the Middle Ages in Central and Northern Europe was the main drink of Christmas markets and other winter holidays in the open air. I offer my own version of this drink.

  1. Pour the wine into a saucepan, let it warm up a little, it should not immediately boil, but boil, do everything on low heat, hibiscus, pre-cooked, add to the wine, add honey, a little sugar, squeeze out a little lemon and orange juice by tsp. and throw a couple of pieces of citrus peel, add a couple of slices apple and enter all the spices. When the wine boils, remove from the heat, cover and insist for 10 minutes.

  2. When the wine is infused, strain and carefully pour into glasses, add a thin slice of lemon to each glass and decorate the glasses with apple and orange 🙂
