Mulled Wine Recipe
Hot spicy mulled wine based on red wine - ideally Bordeaux-in the Middle ages in Central and Northern Europe was the main drink of Christmas markets and other winter holidays in the open air. I suggest my version of this drink.

  1. Pour the wine in a pan, give a little warm up, it should not boil straight and boil, do everything on low heat, hibiscus, pre-cooked, add to the wine, enter the honey, a little sugar, squeeze a little lemon juice and orange in tsp and throw a couple of pieces of citrus peel, add a couple of Apple slices and enter all the spices. When the wine began to boil, remove from heat, cover and insist 10 minutes.

  2. When the wine is infused, filter and carefully pour into glasses, add to each glass a thin slice of lemon and decorate glasses with Apple and orange:)
