Potato Salad with Herring and Herbs Recipe
Personally, I can eat this every day. I don’t need anything else. Warm potatoes with herbs and herring under an amazing dressing. Simple, ordinary, concise, but, in my opinion, very tasty.

Ingredients

Herring
(slightly salted)

Potato
Lettuce leaves

Dill
Green Onion

teaspoon
Mustard
Vegetable oil
Allspice
Instructions
Wash the potatoes with a brush, wrap in foil and bake in the oven until ready, it will take about an hour.
Peel the herring and cut the fillet, removing all the bones. Cut the herring fillet into 1-2 cm wide pieces.
Finely chop the dill and green onions.
Wash the lettuce leaves, chop them coarsely by hand.
Mix vegetable oil with mustard, whisk with a fork.
Mix the potatoes with lettuce leaves and herbs, pour the dressing (add salt and pepper if desired), mix. Lay out the herring slices.
