A simple recipe for carrot salad. I offer a great fragrant salad of carrots with herbs with dressing of Apple cider vinegar, sesame and olive oils.

  1. Peel the carrots and chop them into small pieces like Korean carrots.

  2. Cut finely green onions, lettuce, Basil and cilantro.

  3. Peppers are cleaned of seeds, remove the partitions, cut into strips.

  4. For refuelling mix Apple vinegar, sesame and olive oil, honey. You can add chili for the spice. Salt and mix until smooth.

  5. Vegetables and herbs put in a salad bowl, pour the dressing. Cover with a lid or cling film. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. I usually leave for the night.
