Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large slices. Wash and dry.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes until crisp, 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring.
Chop the garlic, grind the oat flakes, and add salt. Mix everything together.
Put the potatoes in a heat-resistant form, season with flakes and garlic.
Bake for 25 minutes at 190-200 degrees. Serve hot.
