Cooked chicken in a nut breaded with the addition of pomegranate sauce. Just improvising, but very successful. The crust turned out to be quite dense, a pleasant sweet and sour taste of pomegranate sauce was added to the nutty flavor, and under the crust soft tender meat. We liked the taste, I hope you will like it.
In a small container, mix tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, salt, paprika and black pepper. I coat the chicken thighs and leave it to pickle. Enough 2 hours, this time was included in the indication of "cooking time".
In the photo everything you need for breading. Walnuts, pre-washed and calcined in the microwave or in a pan (as it is more convenient) grind, but not to flour. Butter softened in the microwave (if the oil is melted, then let it cool to breading kept on the chicken).

Spread the breading mixture on pieces of chicken, then put the pieces in a baking dish, you can do it immediately in the container. Since I use ceramics, then put in a cold oven, bring the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for 30 - 35 minutes, until Golden brown.
