New potatoes of small size are well washed and cut into quarters.
Wash the fresh green beans, cut off the tips. Defrost the frozen beans.
Wipe the mushrooms with a napkin, cut into 4 parts.
Peel the onion and cut it into thin half-rings.
Cut out four sheets of foil measuring approximately 30×30 cm. If the foil is thin, we form a square in two layers.
Divide the sausages, potatoes, green beans, mushrooms and onions into 4 equal parts and place in the center of each square of foil in a single layer.
Fold all 4 sides of each square to form a bag.
In each package, add butter, 0.5 tbsp soy sauce (I used sweet soy sauce), finely chopped garlic, seasonings, salt and pepper to taste, mix gently. I didn’t add salt, as the soy sauce is quite salty.
Seal the foil tightly.
Place the foil bags on a well-heated grill and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
You can bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
Serve the finished potatoes immediately, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs.
