Instructions
  1. Cut the sausages into thick slices.
  2. New potatoes of small size are well washed and cut into quarters.
  3. Wash the fresh green beans, cut off the tips. Defrost the frozen beans.
  4. Wipe the mushrooms with a napkin, cut into 4 parts.
  5. Peel the onion and cut it into thin half-rings.
  6. Cut out four sheets of foil measuring approximately 30×30 cm. If the foil is thin, we form a square in two layers. Divide the sausages, potatoes, green beans, mushrooms and onions into 4 equal parts and place in the center of each square of foil in a single layer.
  7. Fold all 4 sides of each square to form a bag. In each package, add butter, 0.5 tbsp soy sauce (I used sweet soy sauce), finely chopped garlic, seasonings, salt and pepper to taste, mix gently. I didn’t add salt, as the soy sauce is quite salty.
  8. Seal the foil tightly. Place the foil bags on a well-heated grill and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. You can bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
  9. Serve the finished potatoes immediately, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs.
