- 3 pieces Potatoes
- 150 gram Hard cheese
- 1 piece Egg yolk

- First you have to boil the potatoes in their jackets in salted water for 10-15 mins Then peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Cut the sausages in half. Roll out one layer of puff pastry size 35x30 cm and put it on a greased baking sheet or on a silicone Mat. Now spread alternating potatoes, sausages, add seasonings to taste and, if necessary, salt.
