Instructions
The recipe is quite simple. Peel the pumpkin, chop it coarsely and boil it in boiling salted water until tender. 15-20 minutes.
Drain the water from the pumpkin. Then mash it with a fork, gradually adding butter and sour cream.
Finely chop the green onion. Leave some green feathers to serve.
Peel the fish from the skin, bones, if any, and finely chop.
Add onion and fish pepper to the pumpkin. Try to add salt and, if necessary, add more salt. Careful, because the fish is salty.
