In the meantime, boil the potatoes, cut the peeled pumpkin into pieces (about 4-5 cm) and also cook in slightly salted water.
When our vegetables are ready, combine them, removing the potato Bay leaf. Mash everything with a potato masher.
Add spices. I have listed the ones I like best in this puree, but you can experiment! Tasty, for example, with a small amount of cinnamon.
Then add milk (preferably boiled), butter and sour cream. And very carefully, all the mash until smooth.
