Snack Cake "Napoleon" with Red Fish Recipe
Everyone's favorite cake "Napoleon" can be not only sweet. For the holiday of Easter I prepared a snack version of the cake with cottage cheese cream and red fish. It turned out very tasty and, in my opinion, original. Recipe - full my fantasy, so I pretend to be the author's recipe.

Instructions
  1. The day before the cake in 300 g cream put a few pieces of salted salmon and send the cream to the refrigerator (I have for the night). For cakes: cut cold butter with flour (2 cups) into crumbs, adding a pinch of salt. Add sour cream and knead the dough, if necessary, add a little more flour (I needed another half a Cup). Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.

The result was a delicious cottage cheese and fish cream. Try the amount of salt. It depends, of course, on the fish: if the cream is salty, you can add cream and bring to your taste. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and cut into pieces. The size of the pieces depends on the size of your shape. I was making a rectangular cake. Originally cut into 8 pieces. In the process of trimming the cakes turned out two more. Total: I have a cake of 10 cakes, the size of about 28X13 cm. You can also cook a round cake, too, will look beautiful. Roll out the cake as thin as possible and cut out the desired shape.

Then put it into the refrigerator for impregnation (I have overnight). The next day, decorate as you wish and imagination. I cut the edges a little bit to be more smooth and aligned with the remaining cream. I decorated the cake with green onions and cherry tomatoes yellow and red. In order to keep the onion, I whipped the cream 35%, literally added a drop of green food coloring and smeared cream cake.
    After collecting the cake, cover it with cream on all sides, putting a little cream (3 spoons). Leave the cake on the table for about an hour. Then put it into the refrigerator for impregnation (I have overnight). The next day, decorate as you wish and imagination. I cut the edges a little bit to be more smooth and aligned with the remaining cream. I decorated the cake with green onions and cherry tomatoes yellow and red. In order to keep the onion, I whipped the cream 35%, literally added a drop of green food coloring and smeared cream cake.
