  1. Peel the pumpkin and cut it into cubes.
  2. Grate the zest of oranges, cut the pulp into cubes.
  3. Add the pumpkin and oranges to the pan.
  4. Pour water over the top and cook without sugar for 30 minutes
  5. Then whisk everything with a blender, add sugar and citric acid.
  6. Boil it again and bottle it.
