  1. Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater.
  2. Grate the apple as well. And simmer the pumpkin and apple in water or milk until soft, over medium heat.
  3. Cool and mix with flour, egg and salt.
  4. Fry, spreading with a spoon, in a pan with vegetable oil.
  5. Serve with honey, cinnamon and sesame seeds.
