Abolu pankukas-Apple pancake, a favorite throughout Northern Europe! The ideal option is the German version, but in Latvia created their own. And these are two different "animals": the German version is more like a bun-popovers with apples, and the Latvian version is a real pancake, albeit not transparently thin, but it is a pancake-pancake, tender, airy, amazingly delicious! And although pancakes are baked on cream, hard sweet and sour apples make them almost weightless. Apple pancakes, generously sprinkled with cinnamon, powdered sugar, drizzled with honey, flavored with fresh sour cream, can easily make the consumer lose his temper and eat too much. It's delicious!
Eggs are divided into yolks and whites.
In a suitable container, pour the cream, milk and put a piece of butter. Send in IMP for 30-40 seconds to allow the butter to melt.
Pour the liquid with oil in a saucepan or bowl, add sugar and add the yolks, mix thoroughly with a whisk or mixer.
Whites with the salt, beat until white foam.
In the milk mixture pour the flour with baking powder and mix until smooth.
Add the grated Apple.
It is convenient to RUB the Apple directly into the bowl.
Gotta bring in the dough beaten egg whites.
Preheated pan (18-20 cm in diameter) brush with vegetable oil, pour 50-60 ml of dough (3-4 tbsp.), tilting the pan from side to side, distribute the dough over the entire surface of the bottom and bake on medium heat until bubbles appear on the surface.
Gently turn the pancakes with a spatula, bake for another 30 seconds and remove from the pan on a plate.
Sprinkle the pancake with a mixture of ground cinnamon and powdered sugar
Bake the remaining pancakes.
