Instructions
Cook the quinoa and let it cool. Meanwhile, peel the apples and cut them into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut the celery into thin slices.
Add quinoa. Mix everything carefully. Walnuts fry, chop, combine with honey.
The salad is ready. We put it in a salad bowl and pour honey sauce over it.
