  1. We wash quinoa and cook it as described on the package. My porridge was cooked in 20 minutes. At this time, finely chop the onion, fry until golden brown in a small amount of oil. Cut Bulgarian pepper into cubes, fry with onions. A small piece of ginger is cleaned and finely chopped (you can grate it) and sent to a hot frying pan, I added a tablespoon of soy sauce at this stage, but this is not necessary. After a minute or two, turn off the frying.

For the salad version, cool the porridge a little, cut the cucumber into cubes (you can add more to taste, I had a large one, one was enough), mix the cooked quinoa with cucumber and olives. Done!

For the salad version, cool the porridge a little, cut the cucumber into cubes (you can add more to taste, I had a large one, one was enough), mix the cooked quinoa with cucumber and olives. Done!
