Warm Quinoa Salad Recipe
Quinoa is thus prepared quickly and is not difficult. You can serve it as a side dish, salad, or a separate dish. Very tasty, satisfying and useful, especially relevant for vegans.

  1. We wash the quinoa and cook it as described on the package. My cereal was cooked in 20 minutes. At this time, finely chop the onion, fry until Golden in a small amount of oil. Dice the bell pepper, fry with onions. A small piece of ginger is cleaned and finely cut (you can grate) and sent to a hot pan, I added at this stage a tablespoon of soy sauce, but this is not necessary. After a minute or two, turn off the frying.
    We wash the quinoa and cook it as described on the package.

  2. Quinoa can be boiled and in large quantities, and then add the roast to taste before serving, you can combine with other vegetables. In this case, add the quinoa to the roast, season with vegetable oil (I like olive), lemon juice, or cut the peeled lemon into small pieces and mix. In this form, you can already serve as a side dish! For the salad version, cool the porridge a little, cut the cucumber into cubes (you can add more to taste, I had a large one, one was enough), mix the quinoa preparation with cucumber and olives. Done!
