  1. Mistral rice to boil the ingredients. Cool the rice and roll it into balls the size of walnuts.
  2. Lay the bacon slices crosswise. Put a rice ball in the middle.
  3. Wrap the rice ball with bacon.
  4. Place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees until browned.
