Instructions
Melt the butter, cool and mix with the milk.
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Sift the flour with baking powder.
Peel the pear and cut into cubes.
Mix the liquid mixture, add flour. The dough should turn out like pancakes.
Place in a greased form (my size is 22 × 11 cm) and bake in a preheated 180-200 ° C oven for 40-50 minutes.
