The cake can be prepared without cream, but it is in combination with the taste of baking it turns indescribable! Juicy pieces of pear, chocolate dough, vanilla pudding cream and pistachios... Very tasty!
Pears wash, peel, core, and cut each lengthwise into 8 pieces.
Pour lemon juice over the pears.
Prepare the dough for the cake. Beat with a mixer softened butter, sugar, salt, rum.
Add to the oil mass of one egg, each time then whipping the mass for about a minute.
Sift the flour with cocoa powder and baking powder.
Add flour and milk to the oil mass, mix gently with a spoon.
For baking a cake, I use a split square shape size 23x23 cm. form grease with vegetable oil.
In the form put half of the dough, spread evenly on the bottom, put the dough slices of pear.
Put the remaining dough with a spoon over the pears, level the surface.
Bake the cake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40-45 minutes. Cool the cake without removing from the mold.
For the preparation of the cream I used a sheet of gelatin, but you can powder. Soak gelatin in 50 ml of cold boiled milk.
In a bowl measure 10 tablespoons of milk from the required amount for the preparation of cream.
Mix milk and the contents of a bag of vanilla pudding.
In the remaining milk for the preparation of cream add sugar (60 g), bring to a boil on the stove.
To pudding with a small amount of milk, add boiling milk, mix well, heat the mass again on the stove, bring to a boil.
If you use a sheet of gelatin, then just add it to the pudding and mix well. And if you use powder, heat gelatin with milk until it dissolves (do not bring to a boil!), strain and add to the pudding.
Place the pan with pudding into a bowl with cold water for a quick cool down, stirring from time to time.
Well chilled cream (I put them for 20-30 minutes in the freezer) beat with a mixer.
Add cream to the chilled pudding.
Gently mix the pudding cream with a spoon.
Put the cream on the cooled cake.
Align the surface of the cream with a spoon, place the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Dark chocolate dissolve in a water bath, apply thin lines on the surface of the cake.
With a knife, chop pistachios.
Sprinkle the cake with chopped pistachios.
Gently hold the knife on the edges of the cake, remove from the split mold.
