  1. The rice is boiled in salted water in accordance with the instructions on the package. After that – cool down.
  2. Slice the noodle salad. That is, it is cut, not torn. Our salad does not have a primitive look, it is strict and aesthetic.
  3. Cut the bell pepper into strips. We need one recipe. But I thought it would be nicer if the peppers were multicolored. Just cut a piece of pepper of each color.
  4. Put rice, pepper and lettuce in a salad bowl.
  5. Add salt, pepper and garam masala.
  6. Season with oil and sprinkle with vinegar. Mix gently. The salad should be allowed to stand for 5-10 minutes so that the flavors of the dressing and products make friends with each other.
