We celebrated a small family celebration and needed a salad – delicious, but the preparation of which would take a minimum amount of time. I remembered an unusual combination of products in a salad that I once found and interested me. To be honest, I was a little afraid for the result, but it turned out very organic and delicious.

  1. Wash and dry the salad. If you use a sheet, then tear it into pieces with your hands. I had a mixture of several types, but the basis was arugula. Put the finished salad on a plate.
  2. Apple, it is better to take sweet and sour or fermented milk varieties, wash, remove the core and cut into thin slices.
  3. Put the apples on the lettuce leaves.
  4. Also cut the fish into thin slices. By the way, as for the fish, in the original recipe it was offered in a smoked version. So if you like this one, you can use it. Place the fish slices on top of the apple.
  5. Onions are best used for red or white lettuce. So, peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings. Spread it on top of the fish.
  6. Prepare the dressing. Mix lemon juice with mustard and vegetable oil. I used sunflower oil. But in the found recipe, the oil was completely absent, so it can be replaced with your favorite; the only note: the taste should be delicate, so as not to overshadow the taste of the salad. Mix the dressing well until smooth and pour over the salad.
