  1. We prepare food.
  2. Cut cucumbers into strips, chop garlic, finely chop herbs and olives. Slice the lettuce leaves with your hands.
  3. Pour garlic oil into a cup, add garlic, a pinch of ground black pepper and soy sauce. Mix well.
  4. In a working bowl, put the sliced cucumbers, herbs, olives and lettuce leaves. Add the prepared dressing. Mix gently.
  5. We put them on plates and serve our salad.
