Salad “Lean Luxury” Recipe
In Lent, a lot is not allowed. Everything is allowed in this salad and everything is very tasty: beans, juicy green olives.

  1. Soak the beans for a day. Change the water every 5-6 hours, cook. Boiled water – drain, pour a new one. Cook for 40 minutes. Add salt and at the end of cooking.
  2. Fry the nuts in a dry pan and add to the beans.
  3. Add the olives.
  4. Squeeze out the garlic.
  5. Cut this much green.
  6. Add the onion, cut into half rings.
  7. I add a little olive oil, a little regular vegetable oil.
