Salad “Minute” Recipe
According to an old recipe, a very tasty salad is obtained, which is prepared in a matter of minutes, and the result is simply magnificent. This salad was prepared for the festive table and did not spoil it at all. There is a minimum of available ingredients that will always be in the house. Ideally, this salad is prepared with smoked chicken, but I made it for myself, because I almost don’t eat smoked and therefore replaced the smoked chicken with boiled chicken breast. In this salad, you need to take fleshy tomatoes to avoid excess moisture in the salad, or choose tomato pulp. Today I used cherry.

  1. Boil hard-boiled eggs. The salad is prepared in layers. I will serve the salad separately and forming rings. If there is none, you can use a small salad bowl or some other round deep dish, covering it with cling film. Then the layers will need to be laid out in reverse order. Prepare the whole salad. I put the chicken in a boiled salad and sorted it into small fibers.
  2. The first layer in the salad is cut into cubes of eggs, put on the bottom with a ring and lubricate with mayonnaise on top. We need to grate the cheese.
  3. Put the chicken + mayonnaise on the eggs. Next-more, cherry, or diced tomatoes + mayonnaise. Top layer of cheese + mayonnaise and sprinkle a little just grated cheese, if you leave it a little for decoration. I put whole cherry tomatoes on top of the other one.
  4. The salad is ready and you can eat it. You can keep it in the refrigerator for a while before serving. This salad can be prepared in the form of a large ring or a form for serving on a festive table.
