  1. Peel the oranges from the skins and films over the bowl, trying not to break the slices. Save the selected juice.
  2. Cut the olives in half and cut the cheese into cubes.
  3. For the dressing, combine vegetable oil, juice from oranges and ground allspice.
  4. Carefully mix all the ingredients, add the arugula and mint leaves.
