I want to offer you my son’s favorite salad. Although there are many recipes for salads with cod liver on the site, but I didn’t find them. The name of the menu of the retro cafe where I tried it. Despite the fact that there is mayonnaise in the salad, it turns out fresh, light, juicy and very tasty!

  1. Cut fresh cucumber and peeled apple into strips.
  2. Chilled (not frozen) crab sticks cut into rings.
  3. Boiled, peeled eggs cut into cubes.
  4. Put a layer of sliced apples in a salad bowl first.
  5. Then cucumbers.
  6. Next, the crushed pieces of cod liver are freed from fat.
  7. The next layer is crab sticks.
  8. Then add the eggs (photo not taken), lubricate with mayonnaise and put in the refrigerator for an hour and a half for impregnation.
  9. Served on a regular dish. You can pour into bowls in the appropriate proportions. The number of ingredients is according to taste.
