Layered Salad with Ham and Apple Recipe
There are not many salads! And certainly no New year's table will not do without a couple of three, or even more salads. I offer another recipe for a beautiful, bright, delicious salad.

  1. Cut the red onion into thin half-rings, add salt, sugar, vinegar and set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.

  2. Since this is a layered salad, it is better to take a split form for serving or make a portion feed using a cooking ring. Take a dish (plate) to serve, put the cooking ring. Squeeze the onion and put it on the bottom. Next, finely dice the ham, I have chicken, and put it on top of the onion.

  3. Grate the cucumber on a grater, put the ham on top and grease with mayonnaise.
