  1. Wash the cucumber and cut it into thin slices with a paring knife.
  2. Rub the radish (cut) into thin circles.
  3. Shrimp are allowed to thaw independently, cleaned.
  4. Peel the garlic, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil until a light aroma appears.
  5. Put the shrimp in garlic oil, fry for a few seconds and pour in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, mix.
  6. Pour lemon juice over the shrimp and remove from the stove.
  7. Salad can be decorated on a regular dish, but I prefer to serve on plates. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry with a paper towel, tear (or cut) and put on a plate.
  8. Put the cucumbers and radishes on the lettuce leaves, sprinkle with the remaining soy sauce.
  9. Put the shrimp on top of the vegetables, pour fragrant oil from the frying pan. Put the eggs in cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes so that the yolk remains liquid. Garnish the salad with quarters of boiled egg, sprinkle with a mixture of freshly ground pepper and serve immediately.
