Salad “The Awakening” Recipe
Bright, fragrant, light salad. It will certainly decorate your holiday table or a romantic dinner.

  1. Wash cucumber and cut into thin slices with a knife for cleaning vegetables.
  2. Radish rub (cut) thin circles.
  3. Shrimp give yourself to thaw, clean.
  4. Garlic peel, finely cut and fry in vegetable oil until light flavor.
  5. Put the shrimp in the garlic oil, fry for a few seconds and pour 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, stir.
  6. Pour the lemon juice over the shrimp and remove from the stove.
  7. Salad can be decorated on a common dish, but I prefer serving on plates. Lettuce leaves wash, dry with a paper towel, tear (or cut) and put on a plate.
  8. Put cucumbers and radishes on lettuce leaves, sprinkle with remaining soy sauce.
  9. On top of the vegetables put the shrimp, pour the fragrant oil from the pan. Put the eggs in cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes, so that the yolk remains liquid. Decorate the salad with quarters of boiled egg, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper mixture, immediately serve.
