Salad with Apricots Recipe
I saw the preparation of salad in one morning program. The nutritionist recommended it for breakfast, as the salad is rich in potassium. An interesting combination, I suggest you try it!

  1. Wash the apricots, cut in half and remove the seeds. Wash the arugula and dry it on a napkin.
  2. Place the cut apricot halves on a dry preheated frying pan and fry for 1-2 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Then turn the halves over and fry for another 1-2 minutes. (depending on the ripeness of apricots).
  4. Prepare the salad dressing sauce by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar and juice from a slice of 1 lemon (or to taste). Mix it.
  5. Put the arugula, coarsely torn by hands, on a plate, on top – the halves of apricots, cut up. Put a piece of feta in each one and then pour the sauce over it.
