Arugula Salad with Apricots Recipe
Very tasty and spicy salad, sweetness of apricots perfectly combined with salted cheese and nuts. Very simple salad.

  1. For this salad, you will need salted almonds. I made nuts immediately from 200 grams, they are perfectly stored then in a closed container for about a week. For almonds, you will need 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a piece of butter, about half a teaspoon. Another 1 tbsp of salt, and half a teaspoon of thyme and rosemary. Mix all dry ingredients. Heat the oil and fry the nuts for about 5 minutes, then carefully remove them and pour the fragrant mixture on them, mix everything and leave to cool. Our salted salad nuts are ready.
