A refreshing, creamy dessert with the aroma and color of young mint, with apricots and fruit jelly. Mint Panna cotta is very tender and delicious, refined and beautiful. You don't need complex ingredients or special cooking skills to make a dessert. A bunch of mint well wash, dry, tear off the leaves. Soak the gelatin in cold milk. Prepare apricot (peach)jelly, according to the instructions on the package (take 150 g of water, the jelly will be thicker). Mint leaves are crushed together with sugar, in a puree-like mass.
Dissolve the swollen gelatin (microwave 60%=1 min.)Warm the cream (almost to a boil), add sweet mint puree and dissolved gelatin to the hot cream. Stir and strain through a sieve.
Pour the cream-mint mixture into the cremans (4 pieces of 150 ml each) and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cut the apricots into slices. Put the apricot slices on the frozen Panna cotta and pour the fruit jelly (cold) on top.
Put the dessert in the refrigerator until the jelly is completely solidified.
