Cut the avocado in half. Take the avocado halves with your hands and attach them to each other. Remove the stone, remove the pulp with a teaspoon. Sprinkle the pulp with lime juice.
Turn the avocado pulp into a puree in a convenient way: grind it with a blender, mash it with a fork or a pusher.
Add 200 g of cottage cheese and chopped green onions to the avocado pulp, pepper and mix.
