Peel the pears, cut them in half, and remove the core.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, and carefully remove the pulp with a tablespoon.
Squeeze the juice out of the lime, I needed 1.5 limes.
Cut the avocado and pears into thin strips and place them on a plate one at a time, drizzling the lime juice so that the fruit doesn't darken.
Gently drizzle the fruit with olive oil, finely grate the Parmesan, and garnish with pine nuts. You can add a little salt and pepper. I didn't salt it.
