Instructions
Rinse the beans, drain the water and put them in a cup.
Wash the sweet pepper, dry it, peel the seeds and stalks, cut into small cubes and add to the beans.
Cut the olives into halves and put them in a cup.
Cut the pickles into small cubes, add to the salad.
Wash the cilantro or parsley, dry it, chop it finely and add it to a cup.
Add the beef, cut into small cubes.
Season the salad to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper, crushed garlic and vegetable oil.
It would be nice if you let the salad brew a little, but you can eat it right away.
