My home very well react to the dishes of beans, I wanted to share with you my version of the dish "pork+beans", I hope it will be useful to you, because it is very fast and easy to prepare, on the table looks beautiful, appetizing and very tasty.
First I cut the pork into thin strips, pepper and leave to marinate with soy sauce (2 tablespoons) for 15 minutes.
I pass the beans through a colander and let it dry a little.
Next, clean the garlic and ginger, chop them finely into mush. Finely cut the stems of cilantro, and the leaves can be torn with your hands.
I start again for pork - it needs to fry in small portions over high heat with the addition of oil.
When all the meat is fried and arranged on a dish, add to the pan 1 tbsp oil and fry it in ginger, stalks of cilantro, garlic for about 30-40 seconds, then add the beans and, stirring, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Return to the pan all the meat, pour soy sauce, sprinkle with cilantro leaves and warm up for 1 minute, I recommend to serve immediately!
