Instructions
Beef liver boil, cut into strips. Cut the pickled cucumber into strips.
In a bowl, combine the liver and cucumber straws, add the canned beans.
Add salt to taste. Season the salad with mayonnaise.
The salad is decorated with green onion feathers, the roses are made from pickled cucumbers.
