Ingredients

The chicken legs
(boiled)

Cucumber

Greenery
(Green Onion, Parslley)

Vegetable oil
(I have sesame oil)

Instructions
Boil the chicken and carrots separately in salted water until tender, cool. Peel the chicken from the skin and bones. Cut into small pieces.
Cut the cucumbers into slices, chop the greens.
Cut the boiled carrots into small pieces.
Chop the eggs, putting two yolks.
Crush the yolks with a fork.
Add mustard, 5 tablespoons of oil, salt to taste. Mix well. If you like it sharper, add garlic passed through the press.
Mix all the ingredients except the dressing. Add 2 tablespoons of oil.
Put the salad on a plate (I used a ring), on top of the filling.
