To fry the crab sticks, use a non-stick frying pan.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan so that the entire bottom is covered, heat it well.
If you do not have a mesh cover, cover with a paper towel if it “shoots” strongly, but if you wet them well, the sticks will not shoot.
Chopsticks do not need to be mixed, so as not to peremyat!
Just lay out the diced ones in one layer, fry until golden brown, gently turn over with a wide spatula on the other side. Fry on the other side.
Put it on paper towels to drain the oil.
Divide the chilled ones if they stick together. Of course, a lot depends on the quality of the product, but we are preparing for such a wonderful holiday, for ourselves and loved ones!
