Boil carrots and chicken breast until tender, hard-boiled eggs (8-9 minutes). Grate cheese and carrots on a coarse grater. Grate the eggs on the same grater.
Place a serving ring or a glass on a flat plate. Place the eggs in a circle, apply a mesh of mayonnaise on top.
Cut the chicken breast into fibers. Take out the meat, lay out the second layer and smear with mayonnaise.
