  1. Cut the cucumber.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Pick lettuce leaves into a plate.
  4. Finely chop the boiled eggs.
  5. Put the cooked mussels in the dish.
  6. Add the cheese, rubbed on a large grater.
  7. Next, we make salad dressing. To do this, mix 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (I do it right in the dish with the ingredients).
  8. Mix everything thoroughly. Ready.
