Instructions
Cut the cucumber.
Cut the cherry tomatoes.
Pick lettuce leaves into a plate.
Finely chop the boiled eggs.
Put the cooked mussels in the dish.
Add the cheese, rubbed on a large grater.
Next, we make salad dressing. To do this, mix 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (I do it right in the dish with the ingredients).
