Salad with Salmon, Tomatoes and Poached Egg Recipe
Delicious and extremely appetizing! I often cook such salads, but I have never served them with poached egg. I’ll do it now, I liked it. Crispy iceberg, lightly salted salmon, dried tomatoes and poached egg create a unique taste of salad that will appeal to everyone without exception.

  1. The salad is prepared very simply – cut a crispy iceberg.
  2. Add cherry tomatoes, sliced, and white onion in half rings.
  3. Some dried tomatoes and salted salmon.
  4. The final touch is the preparation of poached eggs. There are many options on the site, I will describe the one I use myself. Bring the water to a boil, add a spoonful of vinegar (9%), break an egg into a separate cup. I tried to beat it in a frying pan right away, but I didn’t do it very well. Let’s make a funnel with a spoon, pour the egg into it and continue stirring on the far edge of the pan so that the egg gathers into a bag. With a slotted spoon, remove the egg and put it in the salad. Pour over a small amount of mustard and serve!
