A simple and casual salad. My mother-in-law tried it in a restaurant. Now she often cooks at home. We all really like it!!! The salad is delicious and healthy.

  1. Cut the salted fish into pieces and put it on a flat dish.

  2. Wash the cherries and arugula. Cut the cherry in half. To interfere. If you decide to cook with mayonnaise, then add it at this stage.

  3. Sesame seeds should be fried in a hot frying pan for a couple of minutes without adding oil until golden brown.

  4. Put the greens on top of the fish (do not interfere!!!). Sprinkle with fried sesame seeds and pour a small amount of soy sauce. If the greens are with mayonnaise, then just sprinkle with sesame seeds.
