Salad with Salmon, Tomatoes and Poached Egg Recipe
Delicious and delicious! I often make similar salads, but I have never served them with poached egg. Now I will do, I liked it. Crispy iceberg, salted salmon, sun-dried tomatoes and poached egg create a unique taste of salad that will appeal to everyone, without exception.

  4. The final touch is to cook the poached egg. The site has a lot of options, I'll describe the one that I use myself. Water bring to a boil, add a spoonful of vinegar (9%), in a separate Cup break the egg. I tried to beat at once in the pan, but I was not very good at it. Let's make a funnel with a spoon, pour the egg into it, and continue to stir on the far edge of the pan, so egg is going to bag. Take out the egg with a slotted spoon and put it in a salad. Pour a little mustard and serve!
